Purpose and legal basis
- A.User registration management: personal data are processed to enable creation of an account and subsequent access to the reserved area.
- B.Purchasing management: personal data are processed for all needs related to management of the contractual relationship in all its phases (e.g. organisation of logistics, management of customer support activities and fulfilment of regulatory obligations for the Controller).
- C.E-mail marketing: using the e-mail address as contact data to carry out opinion and approval surveys, send commercial communications containing information on products or services, and promotions or invitations to events the Controller will take part in.
- D.SMS Marketing: using the telephone number as contact data to transmit commercial communications containing information on products, services or promotions.
- E.Defence purposes: the Controller may need to process personal data to manage any disputes and out-of-court or legal litigation.
